You are warmly invited to a Family DAY VISIT at Magdalen Farm on Monday, 28th July. 10:00am to 3:00pm.
If you are a family who has a child or young person with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) up to the age of 25 years and loves to get outdoors, this is for you!
The whole family will spend time out on the farm, in beautiful nature, being with farm animals and connecting with other like- minded families doing fun activities. There will be a RIVERSIDE picnic if the weather remains beautiful. Experienced staff will make sure everyone is included and individual needs are met.
Magdalen Farm is between Chard and Crewkerne, TA20 4PA. The day runs from 10:00am – 3:00pm and is part funded by the Lottery Community Fund and partner name. Funding is for families from Somerset, Dorset and BCP primarily but please contact if you live in Devon or further afield in the South West. We ask for a contribution of £11 per person.
