If your child is between 0-5 years old, you live in BCP and you would like further advice regarding their sleeping habits, please contact your health visitor.
If you live in BCP and your child is of school age, contact your GP or school nurse to discuss further.
- The Sleep Clinic is run by ID-CAMHS for children with a diagnosed learning disability.The clinic does not accept self-referrals from parents. Referrals can be made from health care professionals and social workers (this can be your GP or Paediatrician). For a referral to be accepted by The Sleep Clinic, sleep must be the main issue of concern.

- Cerebra- the charity Cerebra offer a sleep advice service. If you have a question or query, you can email them at sleep@cerebra.org.uk Families can request a ‘sleep tips’ booklet which Cerebra will post to you. They also have a sleep guide (to be reviewed in 2025) which provides information on how you can tackle issues to improve your family’s sleep and advice on dealing with specific sleep problems.
