Nationally, the SEND Reform is reshaping how support for children and young people with SEND is organised.
Here in BCP two key developments are already underway – BCP GAtI (Graduated Approach to Inclusion) and Inclusion Support Partnership (the new model that helps settings apply the framework in practice).
We at Parent Carers Together are working closely with BCP Council and partners to ensure families have clear, accessible information as these changes roll out.
