📣Important Message- Contact with BCP's Statutory SEND Team and Business Support Team Across This Weekend
You may be aware, BCP Council is migrating its management information from Synergy to Synergy Case Management this weekend.
We wish to advise you on the local authority’s behalf, that anyone emailing into the Statutory SEND Team and Business Support Team between midday on Friday 29th June through to the end of Wednesday 1st July will receive the automatic reply, below:
“Thank you for your email.
Please note that our Synergy and Synergy Case Management (SCM) systems are unavailable from 26th June to 29th June due to a planned system upgrade. During this period, access to records will be limited.
Following the system upgrade, there will be a temporary reduction in service from 29th June to 1st July while essential follow-up work is completed. During this time, the SEND and Business Support teams are operating at reduced capacity.
We will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible once systems and services return to normal.
Thank you for your patience and understanding”.
